FreightProviderReferenceNumber	String	The external reference number of the shipper's given shipment (BOL).
TenFourLicensePlate	String	The uniquely generated 10-4 response when creating a shipment within Freight Portal.
Text	String	The shipment's note text.
isSharedFlag	Boolean	Whether the note can be seen by users who have a shared view or a shared shipment link.
SMSDriver	Boolean	True to send the note to the assigned driver. False to simply post the note without passing it on to the driver.
